A piece either belongs to you, or it comes back.
You pay when it reaches your hands, and you keep it only if it is right. The house carries that risk so you are never asked to.
Paid at your door
Nothing is asked for in advance. The courier is paid when the piece is in your hands, anywhere in Pakistan — and if you are not there to receive it, nothing has been spent.
Returned within 7 days
If the piece is not what you expected, tell the concierge within 7 days of delivery. Unused and in its box, it comes back to the house and the collection is arranged for you.
Delivered discreetly
Plain outer packaging, unmarked. Nothing on the parcel names the house or suggests what is inside. What arrives is between you and us.
The Guarantee
Nothing leaves this house that we would not carry ourselves.
Every piece is inspected before it is sent. Should something be wrong with what arrives — a flaw in the leather, a piece other than the one chosen, damage in transit — it is replaced or refunded in full. There is no case to make and no argument to win.
Anything unanswered, the concierge will settle personally.
